Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume or sales, there may be slight delays in dispatch times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or other reliable courier services.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays outside our control.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

LoveThreads Pty Ltd is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order is lost, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. However, we will assist where possible to help resolve the issue.
