Our policies align with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ensuring customer rights are protected. Consumers are entitled to refunds, replacements, or repairs if a product is faulty, misrepresented, or unfit for its intended purpose.

 

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout. Accepted payment methods include:
    • Visa, Mastercard, AMEX
    • PayPal
    • Afterpay & ZipPay (Buy Now, Pay Later)
    • Store Gift Cards
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud or any unauthorised activity.

 

4. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, and promotions without prior notice.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively and are valid only within specified timeframes.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 5 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to external factors (e.g., customs, carrier disruptions, supplier and manufacturing delays, courier and or Australia Post / Sendle services).
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details; incorrect information may result in delivery delays or additional costs.
  • Shipping Carrier: Courier services such as Australia Post, Sendle, or couriers for express services are a flat fee of $10AUD

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We adhere to ACL guidelines regarding returns and exchanges:

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. Proof of purchase is required. A return shipping label will be supplied after our team have processed the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
  • Change of Mind: No refunds; exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, within 21 days of delivery.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance products are not eligible for return due to change of mind.

To initiate a return, contact our support team for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and further instructions.


Refund Policy

  • Refund Process: Refunds issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved and goods have been received.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Full refund or replacement offered if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Available for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability.


Return Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
